Job summary

A part-time Home Infusion RN provides intermediate patient care in home or infusion suite settings, managing treatments, medications, and patient education under supervision, ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous care in accordance with physician plans and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides direct patient care, including administering medications and developing nursing plans in home or clinical settings. They also mentor staff, maintain clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with physician orders and safety standards.
