Responsibilities

The Home Infusion Nurse will provide patient-centric infusion therapy and monitor patient conditions to ensure positive clinical outcomes. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Communication Compliance CPR Interpersonal Skills IV therapy Patient Monitoring RN license

Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted RN license and possess at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care. Exceptional IV skills, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are mandatory.
