Job summary

Responsibilities

The Principal Software Engineer will architect the end-to-end telemetry data platform and define standards for data modeling, storage, and observability across the organization. They will also lead technical direction, influence cross-team roadmaps, and mentor engineers on instrumentation and cost-aware design.

Qualifications

Analytics and Data Visualization Data Architecture Data Modeling Databricks Distributed Systems Monitoring and Alerting OpenTelemetry (OTel) Spark Streaming Ingestion Telemetry Data Engineering

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems, observability infrastructure, and data platform engineering. Proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and deep expertise in telemetry tools like OpenTelemetry and Databricks is required.
