Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric & Adult Home Health provides skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients with complex needs in their homes, under supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating families, maintaining records, and ensuring patient safety in a home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Responsibilities include administering treatments, documenting visits in EMR, and educating families on home care techniques.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved practical nursing school with an active LPN license and CPR certification. While one year of experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome through a structured mentorship program.
