Job summary

The Care Team Leader at Sanctuary Care provides leadership in a residential care home, supporting residents' well-being, personal care, social activities, and staff development. The role requires experience in care, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to older people.

Responsibilities

Support the wellbeing of residents by delivering personalised care and organizing social activities. Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their professional development while working collaboratively to enrich residents' lives.

Qualifications

Activities Planning Care Communication Development & Training Dignity & Respect Empathy Personal Care Team Leadership

Experience in care is required, with an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent being desirable. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a commitment to dignity and respect, and the right to work in the UK.
