Responsibilities

You will serve as an advanced point of contact for payment-related issues such as chargebacks, disputes, and reconciliation while proactively supporting hoteliers with onboarding. Additionally, you will act as a product advocate by feeding insights from payment issues back to the product and engineering teams.
