Job summary

A role supporting food service delivery in a catering operation, involving serving food, handling payments, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting team operations.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages, operate tills, handle payments, replenish and rotate stock, and prepare service areas for customers. Maintain hygiene by cleaning front- and back-of-house areas, support kitchen and service teams, and assist the General Manager with daily operations.

Qualifications

Customer Service Food Hygiene Level 2 Food Service Health & Safety Level 2 Hygiene Standards

Customer or food service experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided; applicants must be at least 18 and have a friendly, professional approach, strong communication, teamwork, organisation, and attention to detail. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, have lived there for at least three years to meet security requirements, have reliable transport, and complete the required security clearance.
