Responsibilities

Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment according to established procedures. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assist with activities of daily living and document care in clinical records.

Qualifications

CNA certification communication documenting care observation patient care residents' support teamwork

Requires a current CNA certification for Missouri or Illinois, or eligibility for the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry. Candidates must possess a desire to work in a person-centered care team and have the ability to communicate effectively with residents.
