Qualifications

Building Process Knowledge Construction Management Customer Service Health and Safety Regulations Team Leadership

Candidates must have a trade background and hold an NVQ Level 4 in Residential Construction Site Supervision. A strong knowledge of building processes, including NHBC standards and Building Regulations, along with a valid CSCS card at the Manager/Supervisor level, is required.
