Job summary

Camping World is seeking a highly energetic RV Sales Associate to sell new and used RVs, provide high-quality customer experiences, conduct demonstrations, close sales, and work closely with the finance and sales team. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of sales experience preferably in related fields, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and physical ability to lift and move weights.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting a high-quality customer experience by demonstrating and selling new and used RVs. They will work closely with the F&I and Sales Management teams to effectively close sales while maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

Qualifications

closing sales customer follow-up customer service demonstration rides driver's license f&I (Finance and Insurance) inventory review lifting and moving sales use of computers

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing and bending is necessary.
