The Senior Solutions Engineer in the UK remotely partners with sales to articulate Graphana Labs' value, owns technical engagement, delivers presentations, and collaborates on product and enablement content.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer acts as a technical bridge between customers, the sales team, and internal product teams to drive product adoption and close opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, conducting product demos, and creating enablement materials to ensure customer success.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills to articulate complex value propositions. A technical mindset is required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
