Job summary

Recruitment Consultant responsible for developing and growing procurement recruitment desk, building relationships, winning new business, managing the full recruitment process, and working collaboratively with team members in the Procurement sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow an established Procurement recruitment desk across Swindon, Wiltshire, and Gloucestershire, building client and candidate relationships and winning new business while managing existing accounts. Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing through placement and collaborate with colleagues across specialist teams.

Qualifications

Candidate Screening Commercial Awareness Communication Skills Consultative Approach Market Research Relationship Building

Previous recruitment experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, a consultative and professional approach, and commercial awareness are required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
