Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care, administers medications, develops care plans, supervises CNAs, and ensures compliance with safety protocols in a senior living facility.

Responsibilities

The LPN will develop and implement resident care plans, administer medications, and perform medical treatments while monitoring vital signs. They are also responsible for supervising CNAs and resident assistants to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
