Job summary

Seeking a sales-oriented Club Manager in West London to oversee a club's relaunch, lead sales efforts, manage staff, and ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the club's pre-sale campaign and relaunch, driving membership sales, revenue growth, and retention. Recruit and develop the team, deliver a positive member experience, build local partnerships, and oversee daily operations, standards, health and safety, rotas, and budgets.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a proven record of meeting sales targets, ideally in fitness, leisure, or membership sales, and experience managing and developing a team. Commercial awareness, familiarity with KPIs and P&L, strong relationship-building skills, resilience, and ideally experience with a club opening, relaunch, or pre-sale campaign are sought.
