Job summary

Leadership role for Aurora's Security Operations & Detection Engineering, overseeing detection, response, and security teams across vehicle, cloud, and enterprise environments. Responsibilities

Lead and unify the Detection & Response and Security Operations Center functions to manage threats across vehicle, cloud, and enterprise environments. Define the strategic roadmap, oversee incident response posture, and manage a multi-team organization while reporting key performance metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications

cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes) cybersecurity detection engineering EDR incident response NDR security operations center (SOC) SIEM SOAR threat hunting

Requires 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 6 years in leadership roles managing detection engineering and security operations. Candidates must possess strong technical proficiency in SIEM, EDR, cloud-native environments, and incident management, along with experience in vulnerability management and metrics-driven reporting.
