Job summary

The People Adviser supports employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and employee relations, working closely with managers and teams to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities

The People Adviser will provide hands-on guidance to managers and teams to implement the WSH People Plan across the contract. They will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

Conflict Resolution Diversity & Inclusion Employee Relations Employment Laws HR Policies Learning and Development Microsoft Office People Management SharePoint Wellbeing & Mental Health

Candidates should have proven experience in people management and a strong understanding of HR policies and employment law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential.
