Job summary

Seeking a registered nurse for hospice care at Yakima Memorial Hospital. Responsibilities include organizing patient care, collaborating with team, and advocating for ethical, holistic care. Requires RN license, BLS, and preferably BSN and specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

Organize, deliver, delegate, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and applicable hospital policies and protocols. Collaborate with the care team to improve quality, patient experience, and cost effectiveness, while supporting education and advocating for ethical, holistic care.

Qualifications

Advocacy Collaboration Holistic Care Nursing Patient Care

A current Washington State RN license or multistate license endorsement and current BLS certification are required; a BSN is preferred. Specialty certification is preferred, and one year of acute care experience is preferred; additional certifications may be required by the facility or department.
