Job summary

Repsol seeks a Development Engineering Intern to support surface facilities and infrastructure projects in oil and gas development, focusing on process simulation, equipment sizing, project planning, and field development activities.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the Facilities and Process Engineering teams in the design, optimization, and execution of surface infrastructure for oil and gas development. Responsibilities include performing process simulations, equipment sizing, cost estimation, and collaborating on cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications

cost estimation data analysis engineering design equipment sizing facility design field development planning process modeling production optimization project management software tools (Aspen HYSYS, ProMax)

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering with a GPA of 3.3 or higher. Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and available for the full 12-week summer program.
