Job summary

Assist individuals with brain injuries in rehabilitation by supporting daily living skills and activities in a community setting, following individual care plans and collaborating with therapy professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized support to individuals with brain injuries to help them regain independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Assist with daily routines, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and participation in community-based leisure activities.

Qualifications

No specific prior experience is required as full induction and training are provided. Candidates must possess empathy, patience, resilience, and strong communication skills to support residents effectively.
