Job summary

The Identity Business Analyst facilitates the definition, delivery, and support of identity and access management tools and services, working closely with technical and business teams in an agile environment. Responsible for requirements gathering, solution analysis, documentation, testing, and operational support to ensure secure and efficient access to systems within ITV.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst facilitates the definition and delivery of Identity & Access Management services while working closely with technical and project teams. They are responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the successful integration of identity tools across the organization.

Qualifications

Active Directory Agile methodologies Business process modeling Cyberark PAM Data analysis Entra ID Identity & Access Management Okta Requirements gathering Stakeholder communication

Candidates should have experience working within agile project teams and acting as a conduit between technical experts and business stakeholders. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with identity products like Entra and Okta are highly desired.
