Job summary

The Head of Implementation leads the transformation of enterprise customer onboarding and delivery processes in a SaaS company, focusing on scaling operations, integrating AI, and ensuring successful multi-stakeholder enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

You will lead the transformation of enterprise implementation by rebuilding the operating model and integrating AI-native delivery processes. You will also own the ARR launch process, manage partner-led delivery, and lead a team of implementation managers through organizational change.

Qualifications

You must have extensive experience scaling delivery or professional services functions within a B2B SaaS company, including managing complex enterprise programs.
