Lead and advise on critical financial initiatives, oversee analysts across functions and regions, and drive strategic financial management and process improvements in a senior finance analyst role.

Responsibilities

Leads complex financial analysis and advises on strategic business initiatives, including budgeting, planning, capital strategies, return on investment, and business plans. Drives global process improvements and policy development, represents the business in cross-functional planning, and mentors employees while guiding financial strategy.

Qualifications

Accounting Auditing Corporate Finance Data Analysis Financial Analysis Financial Modeling Financial Planning Internal Controls Process Improvement Variance Analysis

A four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related discipline is recommended, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically requires 10 or more years of experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
