Job summary

The Senior / Lead Analyst, Strategic Finance develops financial models, evaluates transactions, supports strategic planning, and coordinates financial projections, working closely with various internal departments and senior executives within the energy sector, especially LNG markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models, evaluate strategic transactions, and support financing, investment, and corporate planning decisions. Coordinate forecasts with Financial Planning and Treasury, conduct ad hoc analyses, and prepare financial materials for senior executives and the Board.

Qualifications

Corporate Finance Energy Markets Excel and PowerPoint Financial Analysis Financial Modeling Industry Knowledge of Midstream & MLP Investment Banking LNG Markets Valuation Techniques

A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Candidates need relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, principal investing, project financing, corporate development, or finance, along with strong modeling, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
