Job summary
A mental health clinician conducts assessments, provides therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborates with teams in a crisis stabilization setting to help clients regain stability and plan for ongoing care.
Responsibilities
The Therapist II will lead comprehensive mental health assessments and facilitate daily individual and group therapy sessions within a residential crisis stabilization setting. They are also responsible for co-creating individualized stabilization plans and providing real-time crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
