Join Our Team Med Surg 2 is a fast-paced inpatient unit caring for surgical and medical patients. The Clinical Nurse works with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, including assessment, treatment, education, and documentation. The role involves collaboration, critical thinking, and commitment to patient recovery.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse will provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care for medical and surgical patients across the care continuum. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient recovery goals.

Candidates must hold an Associate of Science in Nursing and an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or a Compact state. A Basic Life Support certification is required, and candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.
