Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize cost-effective production processes, workflows, and methods to meet quality standards. They will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage capital equipment projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launches.

Qualifications

5S Program Data Analysis Kaizen Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Processes Process Improvement Process Optimization Tools and Equipment Design Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Troubleshooting

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in assembly and machining. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
