Job summary

The Recruitment Assessments Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment assessment activities, coordinating logistics, maintaining candidate records, and analyzing data to improve assessment processes within the human resources and talent acquisition functions of a large organization.

Responsibilities

The Recruitment Assessments Coordinator will manage end-to-end assessment logistics, including scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking progress. They will also analyze recruitment data to identify process improvements and ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Assessment Coordination Candidate Relationship Management Communication Coordination Data Analysis Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Record Keeping Recruitment Processes Time Management

Candidates must have previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination and proficiency with ATS or CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment are essential.
