Job summary

Seeking a registered nurse for hospital-based care, responsible for organizing, delivering, and evaluating patient care with a multidisciplinary team. Requires current RN license, BLS, and preferably BSN and specialty certifications. Focus on quality improvement, patient advocacy, and holistic care.

Responsibilities

The staff RN will organize and deliver patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality and patient outcomes. They are responsible for advocating for ethical care and fostering a supportive learning environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP BLS Certification clinical assessment collaboration medical protocols nursing patient care specialty area certification

Candidates must hold a current Washington State Registered Nurse license and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with at least one year of acute care experience and relevant specialty certifications.
