Job summary

Lead planning, analysis, and design of power generation and electrical infrastructure projects, including power system studies, substation design, and utility interconnections, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

You will lead the planning, analysis, and design of power generation and electrical infrastructure projects, including performing complex power system studies. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

Qualifications

Electrical design Electrical protection and control systems Energy storage Microgrids Power generation Power system modeling and analysis Power system studies Protection coordination Transient stability Utility interconnection

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in power systems engineering and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, and the candidate must be located in Houston, Texas.
