Job summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) owns cold outbound through to qualified SQL handoff and is responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Sales team through focused outbound calling. The role involves high-volume outbound calls to prospects, qualifying leads based on criteria, booking appointments, researching organizations, executing campaign calls, and managing activity records in HubSpot. The position supports company growth by building outbound pipeline and meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

Own outbound calling to generate qualified sales appointments, handle objections, and research prospects. Book and confirm appointments, prepare call strategies, and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Maintain CRM records and report activity and results.
