Job summary

Seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to assist retail and wholesale customers, provide parts solutions, and ensure excellent customer interactions at a Cadillac dealership.

Responsibilities

Provide auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Maintain high energy and customer focus while utilizing technology to manage parts pricing and availability.

Qualifications

Previous dealership parts experience is preferred, though the company is willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are required.
