Job summary

Seeking a calm, reliable, and caring Support Worker for flexible, home-based shifts supporting clients and care team outside office hours. Requires care experience, driving ability, and good communication skills. Handles urgent situations, logs information, and occasionally attends emergency field visits.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for care staff and clients during out-of-office hours to provide guidance and resolve scheduling issues. Perform occasional emergency in-field visits to ensure client safety and support care staff.

Qualifications
