Responsibilities

The Assistant Director of Nursing assists in managing the health services department, including overseeing nursing policies, staff operations, and resident care programs. They are responsible for coordinating health care services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing quality assurance, infection control, and wound care programs.

Qualifications

Clinical Leadership Nursing Regulatory Compliance

Candidates must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution and hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations is required, with experience in QA, infection control, or wound care preferred.
