Responsibilities

The Dining Services Manager plans, manages, and coordinates all dining department activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and budget oversight. They are also responsible for training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

Culinary Nutrition Food Cost Control Food Safety Menu Planning Sanitation Supervisory Management

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and two to four years of experience in a commercial kitchen or food service operation. A current ServSafe certification is required, and an ACF Certified Sous Chef designation is preferred.
