Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-quality service, assisting with product selection, order processing, and store operations. The role involves customer interaction, inventory management, operating testing equipment, and performing basic vehicle services, with a focus on excellent customer service and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic in-store vehicle services.

Qualifications

Alphanumeric Matching Automotive Parts Knowledge Battery Testing & Charging Cash Handling Customer Service In-store Services Languages (Spanish preferred) Multitasking Retail Operations Vehicle Troubleshooting

Requires the ability to multitask and provide professional customer service while matching alphanumeric sequences. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and multilingual fluency are desired.
