Job summary

A registered nurse provides patient-centered care, developing and implementing nursing plans, educating patients and their families, and collaborating within healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse will provide patient- and family-centered care by developing individualized nursing plans and integrating evidence-based practices. They will also collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care while actively participating in quality improvement committees.

Qualifications

BLS care planning discharge planning health information documentation medication administration nursing patient assessment patient education RN

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing and possess an active Pennsylvania RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and at least one year of acute care experience is strongly preferred.
