Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Team at Nazareth Hospital provides comprehensive patient care, assesses patient conditions, plans and implements nursing care, communicates proactively with the healthcare team, and participates in discharge planning and end-of-life care. Requirements include a BSN or BS/BA, Pennsylvania RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive patient care within the float team. They must also manage the delivery of care, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing and possess a current Pennsylvania RN license. Additionally, current BLS certification is required, with ACLS certification required or to be obtained during orientation.
