Responsibilities

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for underwriting and analyzing new loan originations, renewals, and modifications while monitoring portfolio health and risk ratings. They also partner with Relationship Managers to structure deals that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
