Job summary

The Regional Controller supports regional finance operations, manages financial reporting and analysis, and leads finance teams. Responsibilities include preparing reports, ensuring compliance, advising business leaders, and improving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Lead regional budgeting, planning, reporting, and financial analysis while advising business leaders on the financial impact of decisions and supporting operational improvements. Manage and develop finance and credit professionals, maintain compliant financial controls and reporting, and collaborate with corporate finance and regional teams on analysis and process improvements.

Requires a bachelor's degree, 10–15 years of relevant work experience, and an accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, or CPA; a master's degree and experience in the building materials industry are preferred. Candidates should bring strong leadership, business partnering, project management, analytical, technical accounting, communication, and organizational skills, along with Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency and knowledge of financial statements, job costing, and manufacturing processes.
