Job summary

Lead technical facilities management within a healthcare environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of building services, plant, and infrastructure to support healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day delivery of technical estates and hard facilities management services, ensuring healthcare buildings, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, compliant, and operational. Manage maintenance schedules, teams, risks, budgets, and service improvements while building effective relationships with clients, NHS stakeholders, and service providers.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an HNC, HND, equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, or substantial industry experience, along with an IOSH Managing Safely qualification or higher. They should bring strong knowledge of building services, healthcare estates, and HTMs, plus experience leading teams, managing budgets, improving services, and working with complex stakeholders.
