Job summary

The Director of Construction & Data Center Operations Finance oversees financial aspects of data center capital projects from inception to operations, including budgeting, cost control, financing, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The Director of Finance will oversee the financial lifecycle of data center construction projects, from initial budgeting and draw management to final asset turnover. They will also manage ongoing operational financial performance, including cost-per-MW benchmarking and reporting for energized facilities.
