Job summary

As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR policies with business goals, advise managers and employees on HR matters, manage employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and Organizational Development initiatives to support business objectives and enhance employee experience. Role is onsite in NW Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner aligns HR policies with business goals and provides consultation to managers on talent and performance management. They are responsible for managing complex employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
