Responsibilities

The Lead Systems Software Architect will design, implement, and optimize the software platform for Roku devices, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and SoC vendors to drive product development from concept to mass production.

Qualifications

Embedded Systems Development Hardware-Software Integration Low-Level Driver Development Multimedia System Design Performance Optimization Performance Profiling Security & DRM Software Architecture System Debugging Video/Audio Pipelines

Candidates must have 15+ years of industry experience in embedded systems-level software development with a strong background in multimedia products. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is required, along with proficiency in C/C++ and experience with embedded Linux or Android.
