Job summary

Discord is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to lead the technical vision and strategy for its analytical data infrastructure, focusing on building and maintaining enterprise-scale curated datasets, data governance, and sophisticated data frameworks using SQL, Python, and modern data stack technologies. The role involves designing data quality frameworks, monitoring systems, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, accurate, and audit-ready data.

Qualifications
