Job summary

Supporting and leading on contracts, cost management, stakeholder engagement, and risk analysis for a large-scale infrastructure project, requiring experience with international contracting standards and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer project contracts, assess change entitlements and cost and time impacts, manage payment assessments and cost forecasts, and advise project managers on commercial matters and dispute avoidance. Lead risk reviews and tender assessments, support procurement and negotiations, maintain governance compliance, and build effective relationships with project stakeholders.

Candidates should have experience delivering multiple projects and demonstrate contract and commercial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, tendering, procurement, and negotiation experience. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and/or several years of relevant experience is sought, along with working knowledge of NEC3/4 and FIDIC contracts; infrastructure or joint venture experience and a UK-valid driving licence are beneficial or required.
