Job summary

A senior media buyer with strategic expertise, responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, CPL, and improve ROAS, while collaborating with creative teams and utilizing industry trends.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, managing budgets and improving performance against CAC, CPL, and ROAS goals. Analyze and report on campaign results, conduct audience and creative testing, develop actionable recommendations, and collaborate with creative, content, product, and accounting teams.

A/B Testing Audience Segmentation Campaign Optimization Data Analysis Facebook Ads Google Ads Media Buying Performance Marketing Retargeting TikTok Ads

Requires 7+ years of experience managing advertising campaigns and a proven record in paid social, paid search, and/or programmatic buying, including full-funnel, direct-response, e-commerce, and lead-generation campaigns. Candidates should be skilled in analytics, tracking pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, landing page optimization, Excel and Google Sheets, and Shopify; experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, or the events industry is a plus.
