The role involves leading the Foundation Engineering team at Netskope, responsible for managing real-time configuration propagation across global data centers, and architecting scalable, resilient cloud services with AI integration. Responsibilities

You will lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient foundational services across global data centers. Additionally, you will drive technical vision by architecting distributed systems and integrating AI tools to enhance operational velocity.

Qualifications

AI integration automation cloud infrastructure cross-team negotiation data synchronization distributed systems Kubernetes monitoring and observability resilient services team management

Candidates must have 15+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in management roles. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, with a master's degree strongly preferred.
