Job summary

Join our Hospice House/Inpatient Unit as a Registered Nurse and provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses, supporting patients and families through their hospice journey while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient status, and maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

Assessment Care Planning Communication skills Compassionate Care CPR Certification Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management Hospice and Palliative Care Multidisciplinary Collaboration Pain Management Patient Care

Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification, with experience in clinical assessment and electronic medical record documentation. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are also required.
