Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves working as part of a team to provide personalized care to residents, encouraging participation in leisure and social activities, and showing kindness and respect to residents, families, and colleagues. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans. Enrich residents' lives by encouraging participation in social and leisure activities while maintaining kindness and respect.
