Job summary

Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-standard dishes, supervise kitchen staff, manage kitchen operations, and support menu development in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

You will prepare and present menu items to high standards while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance. Additionally, you will manage stock levels, minimize food waste, and supervise kitchen assistants in the absence of the manager.
